They were such a nice couple, hiding a secret that became even bigger! Jake Hayes is missing and Lily was the last person to see him alive. Lily’s husband, Christian, will go to the ends of the earth to help Lily hide this important information. Christian will even break into houses and hide evidence to protect his loving wife.

Jake Hayes is missing and Lily was the last person to see him alive… or was she? The plot twist is as FANTASTIC! I didn’t see it coming.

This was a great read with interesting twists along the way. I finished it in one sitting and just couldn’t put it down. The prologue gives away important clues about the ending but the author kept us in suspense as the novel progresses. The characters go on a hike which turns into a deadly situation of not knowing who to trust in the unknown wilderness. The treacherous cliffs and unstable terrain are the perfect setting to this novel. I will definitely be reading more of this author.

This was such a great read from beginning to end to end. I loved the complex mystery of Alicia’s silence and the unraveling of the psychologist’s own psyche as he counsels her. Alicia’s diary entries added extra clarity and depth to continue to storyline. This book held all of the aspects of a true psychological thriller. It was just fantastic!

This book was mind bending. The main character Lowen is an up and coming writer. She catches a big break. Lowen is given the chance to finish writing the stories of a well known author who was in a terrible accident and is unable to continue writing. Lowen moves into the family home and quickly falls under the spell of the husband. Then strange things start to happen that don’t quite make sense and Lowen start to question herself. She can’t see what is right in front of her eyes. The bonus chapter left me feeling shocked and confused. Wait… had everything I just read been a lie? I still don’t even know. Well done. Well done.
